Dr. Anatoli Freiman is a board-certified Toronto dermatologist specializing in medical, pediatric, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. He completed dermatology residency at McGill University & University of Toronto and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada’s well as a Diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology.
Dr. Freiman is an author and medical educator with over 150 publications in dermatology and is a frequent lecturer at national and international medical conferences. He is presently the chair of the Canadian Dermatology Association Sun Protection Program and serves as an expert on many editorial and advisory boards. Dr. Freiman is the Medical Director of the Toronto Dermatology Centre, a comprehensive dermatology practice in midtown Toronto (www.torontodermatologycentre.com).
Dr. Fournier graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the Université de Montréal in 1986. After his residency in family medicine, he practiced in Matagami.
Returning to Montreal in 1990, he established a private practice in the east end of the city and began teaching in the family medicine unit at Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont, where he remained for 17 years.
Involved in CPD at all levels, Dr. Fournier has been instrumental in the creation of dozens of CME workshops, programs and symposia.
He was also Chair of the Scientific Committee of the 25th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Collège québécois des physiciennes et physiciens de la famille and acts as a program accreditor at the provincial and national levels.
He is currently a member of the Planning Committee and the Accreditation Committee of the Continuing Professional Development Office of the Université de Montréal
He is also the physician in charge of the GMF Cadillac.
Dr. Kamatovic has been a family doctor in the Niagara Region since 2005 and is a Graduate of Ottawa Medical school and Rural Residency Training in Family Medicine through McMaster.
A significant portion of his practice involves dermatology and primary care dermatologic issues.
He has authored weight loss and diet management chapters of diabetes educational materials and patient guidebooks that will be published later in 2021. In addition, he has co-authored a book titled “A Medical Approach to Weight Loss: Lessons from a body-building doctor”.
His experience as a national fitness competitor has provided him with a unique insight into achieving optimal fitness by applying the science of medicine and medical therapy to exercise physiology and dietary strategies.
Dr. Winnie Su is a native Vancouverite and completed both her MD (2000) and Family Practice Residency (2002) at UBC.
After working in various settings for about a year, she established her own family practice with a partner in 2003 and now practices as part of a group of three family physicians in the Kitsilano neighbourhood of Vancouver.
As she was growing her own family, she was busy helping her patients grow theirs too as she practiced obstetrics at BC Women’s Hospital until 2017.
In addition to managing a large family practice, she is an avid teacher and has been regularly involved in the training of medical students and residents.
She is passionate about Family Medicine as its own specialty and believes that a strong primary care system is truly the backbone of healthcare excellence in Canada.
When she is not working, she can be found reading, enjoying nature, and spending time with her husband and her three children.
